Most of these reviews are fake (you can see they follow the same verbiage word for word) and this business feels like a scam. My grandma has used her for her hearing aids twice and both times the same issue happened (the other 1 star reviews sound all too familiar... There's a pattern). If you attempt to do business with Karen she will give you a timeframe your hearing aids will be done. Then you won't hear any updates. I have been hearing impaired since birth and have a lot of experience with audiologists. Karen Mcmahon is far and away the best in my experience. She is always friendly, her work is excellent and the fees are very reasonable. I recommend her services without reservation!
