I found her behavior to be unprofessional and bizarre. I took a couple of minutes to answer the door because I was gathering the last of my laundry upstairs. She then proceeded to bang on the door loudly and repeatedly when I did not answer instantly, and asked if I remember the appointment when I arrived at the door. She then asked me if I has moved in yet when we went to one of the upstairs bedrooms and it was empty. Karen and her crew did a fantastic job of removing some wallpaper and painting the dining room. Then we contracted her to paint the majority of a 3000 square-foot home because they did such a great job at a good price.
