Adore Dr. Wheeler, but the fact that I've called multiple times this month for sick-kid appointments and NO ONE in the office has appointments for over a week out is NOT good patient care.
We love Dr Wheeler herself but when you try to reach the office you don’t reach anyone at that actual location. I called them 2 times within 2 hours after my apt and even stopped by their office to ask for a paper prescription as the regular pharmacy I go to did not have the prescription anyone in Greater Indianapolis due to shortage. I called around and found a pharmacy that had it and was told they would call, 2 hours later they still have not called and I was hung up on by the IU staff person that I was on the phone with ... read more
