Don’t ever use them as your realtor once you sign papers and the deal is done they will never help you again even if a problem arises. After the fact they will not help you much better to go somewhere else. Especially when they’re working as a dual agent.
I would give Robin Perschel and Karen Overtoom 6 stars, if that were an option. Robin was our agent and had enormous patience and integrity.
