We moved to the area from VT late last summer. We were looking for a rental on Zillow leading up to our big move. Lucky for us, Karen reached out to see if she could help. Selling my mother’s home after she was admitted to a nursing home was not easy. The house needed a lot of work. I wanted to sell the home “as is.” Karen advised my siblings and me to put in a little bit of work to maximize the home’s curb appeal. We sold the home for a much better price than I had anticipated. Not only that, we had a contract immediately. Karen was so personable, quick to answer any questions, and communicated with us frequently. I would definitely work with her again!
