Dr. Leavitt is lovely. However, I've been on the wrong end of some very pointed conversations with admin staff, (as others here have pointed out) so I've made the decision to leave as well; arguing points where there's zero reason to argue, continuously being cut off so I couldn't explain myself in a clearer manner. I just had my fill. Life's already too difficult. I wish them well.
Totally agree with the comments from others here: Dr. Leavitt is very kind and thorough in her practice, but the receptionist can be very abrupt. Good friends of mine changed the dentist too because the consultation with the receptionist over the phone made them feel they were making such a big fuss about everything, and basically they were told: if you don't like it, find someone else. ... so they did. Too unfortunate though.
Fair Dentist ever! kind, knowledgeable, very patient to explain and provide different opinions for each individual.
