Karen is absolutely AMAZING! When my husband and I moved from Alaska in 2018, we decided to buy a house here on Oahu as an investment. Karen and I work at Hawaii life together, and just closed on a fantastic ocean front Waikiki Property called Waikiki Shore. It was my listing, and she brought in the buyers. Karen told me what we could expect to get for a sale price for my co-op. I was really not sure about that price and I eventually told her that it was priced too high. She said to me no I believe it is priced correctly . Sure enough Karen was right and she sold it for almost exactly what it was listed for in just about 6 weeks.
