I have been seen in this office since I was a teenager and now I’m an old lady! These new dentists, Dr Lin and Dr Teng, are gentle and thorough. They have updated equipment and some new techniques for cleaning and repairing my teeth and I have appreciated this; even though I usually resist change. I called the office last week after my appt to thank the dentists because I was warned I might have soreness, but I did not and that is a testament to the skill and competency of Dr Teng. Gentle touch! I have a permanent retainer so cleaning around my bottom front teeth is real tough. Thorough job by Dr. Teng. He had some recommendations for minor preventative work. Not pushy at all. Will be back!
I was referred to Dr. Lin’s office by a friend. I had a bad experience with my last dentist and truthfully was very apprehensive of all dentists. Since my friend shared how happy she has been with this office, I decided I would try them. Dr. Lin, his staff, and everyone I came in contact with were so nice and inviting since the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Lin examined my teeth and made suggestions on what I needed to have done. Was in need of dental care semi urgently and Drs. Lin and Teng were able to squeeze me in last minute. Explained my condition thoroughly and gave several options for treatment. I have bounced around many dental offices before due to fear of over treatment. This was the first time I felt truly comfortable. The work turned out to be very good (so far) and I’m happy to have found my new dentists.
After over 40 years at the same dental office, I have experienced excellent dentists dating back to the late 70s. I’m so thrilled that with the retirement of Dr. Green, that excellence is continuing. Dr. Karen and Dr. Lin are warm and welcoming… and good at what they do. I’m looking forward to more years coming to this little Brea office.
