I have been a satisfied patient for 7 years but ended that today. I waited for 50 minutes past my appointment and still did not see her. Nobody said anything. Unacceptable.
Wonderful doctor!! She’s smart, kind and very understanding. I have been her patient since the 1990s. I trust her judgement and expertise.
This is not a review for Dr. Landau herself, but for the rude office employee named Arlene. I've been in pain for two days and was calling to see if the doctor could see me late this afternoon. Before I could explain what I needed and why I was asking for a late appointment Arlene cut me off and said no she couldn't see me.
