Nice Place I lived there for five years and my mom lived there 2 1/2 years. We liked it very much. It’s peaceful and our neighbors were fabulous. I would still be there but my landlord was slow to do repairs. The entire time I was there, the kitchen floor needed to be fixed. It never was fixed. And as I was moving out the refrigerator died. It was over a week and no fridge ever came. I lost all my food and didn’t even get an apology. My mom’s landlord was awesome. She fixed/replaced things right away. Best Kept Secret I love that it's tucked away in a gated neighborhood. Large floor plans. Office and maintenance team are nice.
Grateful Since the complex has went under new management, I can definitely say that the office staff are great at handling anything that may come up. Everyone is very courteous and professional. I love all of the new changes being made. Thank you!

GREAT Place!! I have lived here for almost a year. I can not say enough good things about Karen Lakes Apartments. It is quiet, clean, residents are friendly and the management team is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend!
Love it! I just recently moved here after the new management company took over and I must say they are great. Communication is always a plus for me and they are excellent at it. The community is small and cozy and the office staff are always friendly and easy to contact if there are any issues.
I love it I love Karen Lakes. If my significant other and I wasn’t moving soon, we would be right here. I love the space these apartments have and I LOVE the master bedroom and bathroom. It is only 2 of us and it’s more than enough space and it’s enough space for family members to visit as well.
I've been living at Karen Lake Apts. for over 4 years. Just recently it was taken over by Hawthorn. I cannot express how happy I am with the current management team. The others were great but it is an absolute pleasure to deal with the people that are,currently, managing the complex.
I have lived here for almost a year and can not say enough good things about Karen Lakes Apartment. It is quiet, clean and friendly. Price is reasonable for the quality you get. I highly recommend!
