I have been struggling with some significant health problems for a few years. Started seeing Dr Laface hoping to get some resolution. She did send me to see some specialists after saying to me 'if it will make you feel better I'll give you a referral.' Made me feel like she wasn't listening to me or cared. My last visit with her as I'm explaining that I am still suffering with the symptoms I described to her she had the nerve to say to me not once but 3 X's 'well, were all going to die.' Thorough and thoughtful; I also like portal access to my records as well as to communication with the Doctor. Response time has been excellent for making appointments, receiving answers to questions, and filling Rx.
