Karen McClure has been great to me. She is very thorough in her evaluation of her patients. She is a very caring person. I love her staff as they are very much human. You don't see that much anymore. I highly recommend her to anyone for your healthcare needs. Thank you for all you do.
Went to McClure for a refill on an antidepressant and antibiotic . After two appointments she tells me I flagged positive for methamphetamines, I explained I've never even seen meth let alone ingest it she blows up on me as if im some junkie asking for adderall or other narcotics. effexor and an antibiotic thats all i wanted. my husband came to my defense , after calming she wrote my prescriptions and had me schedule an appt. only to cancel 2 weeks later. very poor care from her.
Karen McClure flat out accused me of being a drug addict when my urinalysis came back falsely positive for benzodiazepines as a result of an anti biotic that I had been taking. She asked no questions and immediately said "You're self medicating and abusing xanax!" No, I'm not and I never have. Incredibly rude and ideas very very taken back. I am appalled at her conduct towards patients.
Excellent Doctor...very caring and takes her time with you.
