Does the provider's staff maintain a professional appearance? Definitely yes Did you feel safe in this psychologist's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was the waiting area spacious enough? Yes Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was sufficiently staffed? Yes

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this psychologist rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this psychologist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Are you going to visit this psychologist again? Not if my life depended on it Would you recommend this psychologist to others? No How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway

Karen helped my son with two traumatic times in his life. She has the ability to connect with kids and the wisdom to help them work through their issues. I love her Christian basis since being in Christ is a foundation for our lives. Thank you Karen!

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

They had the best prices I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I would see them over anyone else in the field. They are definitely an expert. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They didn't leave me unattended once during my consultation, which I really appreciated.
