Dr. Karen Kuo is very kind, thorough and listens to her patients. Upon my recent visit in August, she knew I needed an MRI and Neurosurgeon. Dr. Karen Kuo was able to get the ball rolling where other doctors were failing me. I just learned I’ve got a serious condition that requires surgery asap! Thanks to Dr. Kuo, for her diligence & expertise and concern in making sure I will be getting the medical care I need.
Seen Dr Kuo on 11/14/21 when I had covid. She took the time and and did not rush the visit and told me my options with covid. They set me up with a infusion which my own doctor did not want to do. I have always been pleased with the care at urgent care!
