The staff is very rude and unhelpful, I dont understand why they are still there. Horrible experience every time. I cslled to cancel an appt., and the woman who answered the phone kept cutting me off, and when I said I just wanted to cancel an appt. for a video with the doctor, she kept rudely interrupting. I got annoyed, and told her so, and she hung up on me. This is the 2nd time with this same person. I like Dr. Koe, but will have to get a new Dr. because of this very rude person. She really should' nt there. o
I been with the doctor since 2017 the doctor is great. Super Bad and worst service from the staff at the front desk ,bad behavior from the secretary. And they were great with the service at Long Beach location.
Very patient and caring...She is detail oriented and cares for your well-being.
