Karen sold our Boca house some years ago but took the time this summer to reach back out. She’s so personable. We have worked with two or three realtors since we met Karen and none compare. She definitely goes the extra mile for her clients. We wish we could have used her every time but were unfortunately out of state. I just had to come back to leave a belated review because working with the last few realtors has really made us appreciate Karen!

If you're looking to sell your house. Look no further than Karen Kerpen. She is absolutely one of the best at what she does. My first experience was about 10 years ago. I had my house listed w a friend, which was a mistake. Got no offers and missed critical school year timing. Luckily I found Karen and she did an amazing job virtually staging and was under contact in about 2 weeks. Just recently I listed my second house (due to divorce). Karen was wonderful to work with and she did an OUTSTANDING job preparing, staging, photographing, and listing my condo in Boca Lakes - and because of her extra efforts and attention to detail, it sold within a week - at way over asking price. Thank you, Karen!!

I've done two real estate transactions with Karen Kerpen and she is absolutely the best! When she sold my home, she got more than any other realtor quoted and she got me a sweet deal when I purchased my next home. Her team was in constant communication with me regarding all of the steps of the process of buying and selling my homes. It was seamless and amazing! Karen is simply the best!
