Drove 45 minutes for a 10 am appointment; had to drop off spouse at her work and child at daycare. Admittedly arrived 12 minutes late, but had previously been told that appointment would be cancelled if arrival was 15 minutes late. Asked to move forward with appointment because it was not yet 10:15.
