Dr. Lui has been the most patient, attentive, and reassuring physician for both of my boys, since their birth. She approaches patients with kindness, empathy, and humility, and her calm approach always makes my boys feel comfortable. She is a trusted provider, and we will stay with her until the boys reach 18 - additionally, she is extremely attentive when I sent messages via mychart, responding to all of my concerns and queries within a short timeframe.
Dr. Lui is the best Dr. we could ask for our son. We were lucky to have met her during one of her routine visit after my son was born. We asked to have all our appointments with her and she gladly accepted. She is extremely knowledge and very good with kids. She cares about our concern and questions which is very important to us.
If I could rate 0, I would. My sister took her sons and in for: 8yr/12mth old check up. As she was watching Dr. Lui, she noticed she was setting up shots for them both, and she asked what she was doing. The doctor replied she was giving them flu shots, and my sister declined –and gave her brief reasoning (which she didn’t need to); due to them not needing them, and already having immunizations.
