Dr Englund explained to me what's going in with my body and why I feel these symptoms. All I needed was someone to explain it on my level as opposed to "you need to lose weight." Due to Dr Englund's explanation I now understand and accept the issue, and can work on them with less trips to the ER due to understanding the symptoms and the WHYs.
I was very sick and went to prompt care. Dr Englund was so kind and caring to me. She took great care of me and went above and beyond for me. She is a great human.
