Loved this office. Dr. Karen Ho was really professional, thorough, friendly, and caring. She made sure to answer all my questions and took super good care of me. The staff was helpful in explaining all my insurance benefit to me and what my financial obligations are. I like it when an office is upfront and clear with their policies. I will be referring my friends and family.
I did teeth cleaning at this facility three times. The overall experience is quite good. The staff are friendly and the dentist is experienced.
Dr. Ho and her staffs are wonderful and very professional. This dental practice is a gem of a find and I highly recommend that you give them a try. They are very accommodating to your needs and answer any questions you might have regarding your procedure. They accept most dental insurances and provide basic checkup, X-ray, filling and crowns. Make an appointment and you will not be disappointed!
