Dr. Karen Harris-Moore was still on MyChart list of doctors after I filed a GA Medical Board review and several grievance with Piedmont MyChart Compliance. I went to Piedmont Physicians Group @ PTC for my issue. After diagnosis & Penicillin shot, I got a growing pain following days to limit that I can't even walk. After multiple calls, staff refused to give me an appointment and asked me to go to Urgent care. At urgent care, I received much better response & explanation for my issue. Also found Piedmont did not follow protocol for penicillin shot. I called again after a week to Piedmont clinical staff due to growing pain but received no call back.

Dr. Karen has been my Primary Care doctor for over 20 years. She is like family. So knowledgeable and compassionate.

Dr. Karen Harris Moore has been my doctor for several years. She always takes time to talk with you and tries to let you be a part of the decision making process. She usually sees patients near the time of the appointment and is apologetic if she is running late.

I have seen may doctors in my life but never one so caring, professional and interested in her patients. I chose Dr Harris Moore and she did not disappoint. I moved here 4 yearsago had regular physicals with other doctors on a regular basis. I saw Dr. Harris Moore and I guess she actually looks over the blood work and is not to busy to care about her patients. I had a lot of medical conditions I didn't even know about 4 years later I feel better than I had in years.

This box isn't big enough to write ALL the WONDERFUL things i feel about my personal gratitude about Dr. KHM ! I CAN say this...had it not been for her volunteer work for just ONE day and poking her head in to see if I'd been seen and inquiring about my reason for that visit, I would have died from my "brain tumor larger than a jumbo lemon" NO other Dr. I'd been to for 11 years for my symptoms even speculated. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music
