I have nothing but great things to say about working with Karen Grotte Real Estate. They did a great job selling my parents condo. We did some upgrades before selling and we went completely went off their recommendations and it paid off. The condo was only on the market for 2 weeks before it went into escrow and closed escrow 3 days early.
