Honestly I was so nervous before my appointment, from the moment I walked through the doors and was greeted by the staff I felt like I had stepped into a safe, calm, secure space. Actually to be more accurate I felt pretty encouraged from my very first phone call as well. The ladies at the front desk greeted me professionally and warmly and immediately my stress level dropped dramatically. I’m only 3 weeks post procedure, but I’ve seen gradual & significant progress. Even though as I write this, I’m having a bit of a down morning. I still feel comfortable saying that working with Dr. Giles is an absolute delight. I’ve worked with many mental healthcare providers over the last decade and have not always felt truly cared for. Dr. Giles is genuine, knowledgeable, and I felt she truly cared. And I think that’s all you can really ask for in a provider.
Dr. Giles and her team provide the hands down best medical care I've ever received. Dr. Giles cares, truly, cares. She listens and does everything in her power to help. I have been treated at several other psychiatrists and they all fall up short (and sometimes extremely short) in comparison. I highly reccommend!
Dr. Giles is kind, compassionate and through. I am really glad she is my doctor.
