Karen was our agent for a recent sale and excelled at every step. She did thorough research up front, helped us prepare the property and then sold the house in one week - well over the asking price. We are thrilled to have Karen on our team!

Working with Karen made the process of finding and buying a house easier than I thought possible. She found us a great off market home, advocated for us throughout the process, and always went the extra mile with genuine service. I would highly recommend putting your trust in Karen to buy and/or sell your next home.
Karen was great to work with, responsive and thorough. Gave us great insight into the housing market of Newburyport. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Karen. Initially we were on the fence about selling. Karen did an assessment that we thought would be great if we got it, but were certainly skeptical. She listed the hkuse a bit below that number to garner interest. The house was listed and sold in 12 hours with multiple offers within 1% of her original estimate. Couldn't be happier.
