We contacted Karen to help us downsize to Newburyport since the kids are getting out of college in May . The community is a very tough market to find a home with what we wanted : Downtown , 3 BRs , 2 BR , central AC with parking for at least 4 cars . Anything on the market that appealed to us sold quickly so we were discouraged that we might not be able to move where we wanted . Karen was unfazed and optimistic . She listed the hkuse a bit below that number to garner interest. The house was listed and sold in 12 hours with multiple offers within 1% of her original estimate. Couldn't be happier.
