I called this firm at approximately 3:19 PM to seek legal advice. However, the person I spoke to seemed arrogant. Additionally, due to my voice breaking in and out, she stated that the firm's attorney will not be there until July 21. What kind of dignity does this firm have? It is disgraceful.

Just called and spoke to the receptionist. She was absolute rude and argumentative, and showed no empathy for a potential client. There was no formal greeting when she answered just, "Hello." When I started explaining my issue and where I found their lawyers information she very indirectly said no and would not let me finish what I was saying and just hung up.
