We have purchased our condo from Karen Austin. She and I have been in communication for a little over a year and finally got an opportunity to meet up and begin the home search. The process went smoothly, Karen even introduced us to a mortgage company that was able to get us pre-approved and walked us through obtaining a mortgage. We are in the process of moving in...I would recommend Karen Austin 10/10.

Karen was very patient with us as we completed the repairs to our house. She contacted us regularly to check on our progress. She was knowledgable about the market & things that we could do to make our house sell faster. After 4 showings in 2 days, we had a full price offer and a successful sale.
