I made an appointment using the Atruim portal several weeks ago for stonach pain & abnormal bleeding. When I arrived for the apt I was advised for the 1st time my apt was canceled. Unfortunately ZERO notification was provided about this cancelation & no options providedfor a replacement apt. I'm having a IUD concern & needed to be seen but only to be advised this office is not accepting any new patients. I'm visionary impaired & get rides to apts. I spent money getting to this apt.
