Worst customer service I have ever experienced. For let them put you with Mercury Ins. That’s a horrible co and Karen Ehlers Ins will not help you get a refund even though they made the mistake of putting their clients with this awful company. Do not use this co if you see their ads. I even sent clients to them and I will be sure to let my clients and friends know if this poor performance. They will tell you they care and will call you back but they do not. Don’t be deceived. They take pride in talking to you to see what your needs are and then finding the best fit insurance wise to cover your family. They also provide valuable advice when it comes to making your final decision. Shopping for insurance is not a fun task, but Karen and her staff make it a lot easier to deal with!!
