I was very impressed with how detailed Karen was when we went over my prior insurance and how she could make improvements and at lower costs. Was also impressed by fact that Brian came to my home to document home contents and provided me with a CD which I then forwarded to my daughter for safekeeping at her home. Two professionals!
We were very pleased on the follow up this year when renewing our insurance. We were contacted to ensure that we did want our insurance premiums reviewed to determine if better opportunities were available. We were then provided those results in timely manner to determine whether to change carriers or continue with our present company.
They cut my payment in half, but that is not important...I love the way they treat me! AWESOME Spacial treatment, at least that's how I feel...nothing else can be said!
