Very good experience. She is knowledgeable, responsive, gentle. Answers all questions and goes the extra mile to assure that I received the best care for my condition.

I would only recommend Dr. Dickes if you like pain. I had one YAG laser done on my right eye and found it to be extremely painful starting about an hour after the procedure and lasting for approximately 8 hours. Two weeks later I went in to have my left eye done and Dr. Dickes told me the pain was caused by a scratch in my cornea and it wouldn't happen this time. It was the same, extreme pain in my left eye for about 8 hours.
