Dr. Karen Ashbeck has been my OBGYN for over 16 years. She helped deliver my son, and I have been going to her ever since. She is personable, has helped me navigate everthing from contraceptive's to menopause by listening and suggesting options that work for me. I am not big on medications and she took the time to walk me through the pro's and con's so I could decide. I will continue to go to Dr. Ashbeck as long as I can.

This doctor was awful. I am seven months pregnant and came to her with concerns of severe swelling and she told me to “put down the salt shaker” and stop “eating for two.” I have eaten anti-inflammatory for years - avoiding gluten and sugar completely. I was praised by my gestational diabetes counselors for how well I managed my GD with dietary restrictions. I have been seeing Dr. Ashbeck for several years. I have always felt extremely well taken care of, she is a fantastic listener and problem solver when it has come to any of my concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend her - she's a great doctor and human.
I am 49yo and have worked for over 25yrs in healthcare with some of the most respected drs who work in the most stressful specialties. Dr. Ashbeck was grossly disappointing. She was only with me for about 15mins (after waiting over 2 months to get in as a new pt) so I’ll give highlights. Drs Ashbeck walked into my new pt appt seemingly ready for conflict.
