Great appointment but, as usual,my prescription was not called in immediately. When I went to the pharmacy on Monday (I was all out of Timolol) they said they had to contact the doctor. It took a day and I had to make another trip to the pharmacy. Why can’t the prescriptions be sent in immediately following the appointment?

Dr. Dickes is very thorough even if it was just a checkup. She answered all my questions and offered a different treatment option to think about. She checked into my past treatments to see if I was due for another. I have every confidence in Dr. Dickes.
