Dr. Dias-Martin is a wonderful doctor with a warmth and caring that is way beyond what is typical. While I did prefer the intimacy of the office pre Summit Health, having Dr. Dias-Martin as my obgyn is well worth managing through the bureaucracy. She's the best!
I called for an appt. in 2024 and phone was answered by a gentleman in Calcutta that I couldn't understand. Asked to make an appt. for a routine PAP/Mammo. He told me I could not make an appt. because Medicare would not cover it. I told him they would as they cover mammograms every year and PAP test every 2 years. And since I PAID OUT OF POCKET in 2023 for the exam they should cover it. He was beyond rude and said no I cannot give you an appt. because it's not covered. Dr Dias-Martin is a great doctor!! She listens and she provides excellent care. I have been coming to her for over 10 years. Excellent care
Sadly, I really liked Dr. Dias-Martin. However, it's become impossible to get an appointment with her. I tried scheduling this year's annual while I was at the office for my appointment last year, but the staff was unable to do it at that time. They said call about three months before the date when I'd like to schedule. Now I'm being told in January that she doesn't have ANY appointments at all for the year. What a disappointment.
