My wife and I have been patients of Dr Sakuma since shortly after we moved to Redmond, WA from Oregon. She has been our family dentist for 36 years.
I and my family have been dental patients of Dr. Karen Sakuma for more than 30+ years. During these years my family has consistently experienced her empathy and care during our routine, extraordinary and emergency dental cares and needs. What a great dentist, I would send any of my family to her. I started going to Dr. Sakuma in 1984 up until I moved to Spokane, WA. I miss her and the wonderful staff.
Karen is a talented and knowledgable dentist who has served our family for over 30 years. She consistently looks to help and support us as she takes care of this aspect of our medical needs. She is professional and to the point, but also takes interest in our personal needs.
Dr. Sakuma is simply the best dentist I have been too. She is easy to talk to and she runs a marvelous office with a terrific staff. She is great with my children too. She treat them well and they always look forward to their visits with her.
Karen Sukuma is very rude to both her staff and patient (me). Her chair side manners are the worst I have ever seen.
Excellent care. Definitely a holistic approach (beyond just your teeth). Although she is always busy, she does take the time to sit down and explain the proposed treatment and options. Tends ot be on the expensive side but you do get great care. Their billing process is poor though. I've never received a proper bill - just a photcopied payment notice from Delta which is not really the same thing. Their follow-up and reminder service is very efficient.
Dr. Sakuma is caring and very thorough. At times, she's so busy that you're left to wait in the chair but it's worth the wait once she gets to you. Front desk is very accommodating. Marie is great.
I had once very heavy pain, and Dr.Sakuma offered to come in her office at 5 in the morning. She was nice even in early morning. I really appreciated and amazed how much she cares about patient.
