Karen listens, explains and cares about patients. It is fairly easy to get an appointment in the same week. She's a positive lady and I always feel a bit lighter after I meet with her!

I was being treated by one of the doctor's at this practice. When I went home I was in severe pain so I called back to talk to the doctor. I ended up talking to Karen Kinney, a nurse practitioner and the office manager of this practice. She was very rude and very uncaring. I tried explaining my problem to her and she hung up on me mid sentence.
