Karen helped us sell our mother's home, my first time selling a home. Karen made it so easy. She was respectful of our situation. She was up front and transparent, arranged everything for us, chose the right people to work with and made smart choices on how to advise us to move forward. And, once we had the house ready to sell, everything worked out just as she said it would. We had an offer the first day and money in the bank a little more than a week later.
I have worked with Karen twice to buy a home and once to sell. She has always been knowledgeable and helpful in the process. Karen is a phenomenal person and consummate professional. While home shopping, she put us, the clients, ahead of "the sale". There were homes she could have sold us, but she helped guide us to the best home for us. It took extra time and care, and she gave us just that. She also had our old home sold in a New York minute with multiple great offers above asking price. You won't find a better or more honest realtor.
