Karen was fantastic. She sold and closed the home in one month’s time with professional pictures and in person and online marketing. After one open house, she had a buyer and did everything to insure a smooth closing. After I moved out of the area, Karen followed through and attended to all of the details to finalize the sale. She went above and beyond, even helping me pack.

Great realtor to work with. Knowledgeable, has always negotiated a price we were happy with- both buying and selling. Easy to work with- have sold 3 houses with Karen while we were living in another state- deals came off without a hitch, and she got us top dollar.
