Dr. Collins was a godsend for our dog, Shamrock, as she extended the quality of her life for a few extra months to spend time with her family while battling end stage kidney disease. Was saddened to see she is no longer at the Langhorne location as I was looking her up to recommend to a friend. Anyone in the Telford/Souderton area would be extremely fortunate to seek her holistic services for their beloved pets, especially those whom traditional medicinal interventions have not been successful.
Dr Collins showed a level care to my cat and I that is not always common in veterinary practice today. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and was very responsive and understanding. I was able to text at any time with questions and felt very taken care of. Dr Collins took the extra effort to make sure my cat was comfortable and happy at every appointment, and I could tell she was genuinely interested in his well-being and progress.
I am so grateful for Dr. Collins. She brings that special blend of professionalism, knowledge, talent, and personable. I have firsthand seen how her treatments have helped our dachshund live a happier, less painful life. But wait there's more!!! Dr. Collins has made me a better pet parent. If I had not met Dr. Collins in April 2021, I would not have my golden, Magoo, today. The first time Magoo came down the ramp out of my car, he greeted Dr Collins then promptly laid down in the parking lot. He was experiencing extreme lethargy and was starting to refuse his food. She noticed his tongue color was ‘off,’ and from that point I knew my pup was in excellent hands. Dr. Collins is a gift. If I could give her more stars, I would. She has helped three of my dogs live longer and better lives. Each one needed unique care and she always exceeds expectations -- expertly providing acupuncture and laser therapy, recommending supplements, and searching out food that my pickiest eater will allow.
