Having moved around the country numerous times, I've typically found real estate transactions to be stressful. Absolutely not the case with Karen. She is a lovely person and a terrific communicator. When it came to my CO home, Karen knew the market, the numbers and created a well organized plan for the sale. Thanks to her hard work, my home sold and closed in less than a month! She is a gem.
