Karen attempted to be friendly, but didn’t do a good job of explaining things. Gave me shots to try and help my pain, which I greatly appreciated, but walked in without knocking while I was changing into the gown door wide open for anyone to see. Didn’t know answers to my questions, and instead of trying to find out the answers just left it at “I don’t know”.
