They never gave me the lenses I paid for and refuse to refund my money. I've been trying to get a refund for almost four month now. Do not spend your money here.

This is not the correct location. They are located on 3532 Electric Road. I ended up driving down Franklin and ended up in the middle of nowhere and arriving late to my appt.

I've been seeing Dr. Bono for years and I'm confident that my eye health and vision is good. The optical shop has a nice selection of attractive frames to choose from and I'd recommend their services for eye care, frames and lenses. I've found the staff to be very friendly, accommodating and attentive to help me. Nice and convenient location too.

Not the place it used to be. Even the optician who assisted me said this location is lacking the technology of other stores. I felt rushed through the process, prices were extremely high and selection poor. I only bought here because they were the only location with the frames I wanted. No fitting for the glasses, the optician never got up from his chair. He said, "they look great." Really sad because this place was top notch in the past. They're obviously on their way out of business.
