I have called for the past 3 weeks trying to order contacts. I’ve been told by the front desk employee that the doctors out every single time. I called again today and he finally said the doctor was having a medical issue and has been out for weeks. Why wouldn’t he say, “order your contacts elsewhere, the doc is out for the foreseeable future.” It just seems like he doesn’t want to do any work. This office has really gone down hill since it moved from Franklin rd.

They never gave me the lenses I paid for and refuse to refund my money. I've been trying to get a refund for almost four month now. Do not spend your money here.
This is not the correct location. They are located on 3532 Electric Road. I ended up driving down Franklin and ended up in the middle of nowhere and arriving late to my appt.
I've been seeing Dr. Bono for years and I'm confident that my eye health and vision is good. The optical shop has a nice selection of attractive frames to choose from and I'd recommend their services for eye care, frames and lenses. I've found the staff to be very friendly, accommodating and attentive to help me. Nice and convenient location too.
