I do not know how this place gets such high reviews! TERRIBLE! Worst cut ever! I could have gotten better at great clips. You do NOT get what you pay for
I am SO disappointed with my hair. I paid extra for specialist and walked out with nothing close to what I asked for. I showed pictures for reference and it ended up costing double what I was quoted over the phone. The feeling I was being gaslighted the whole time doesn’t help. The last time I paid this much for hair I walked out with amazing cut, color and style that lasted almost a week. The next day from this debacle my hair was a nightmare.
