Kare Condo STEALS from homeowners. They lie and say that they haven't received payment in order to add late charges. They are DESPICABLE CRIMINALS.
I serve as secretary for Prescott Commons in Cuyahoga Falls. Our association has been with KareCondo for 1 1/2 years and I cannot say enough praise for everyone's professionalism and management style. Bruce Cedar is a crook and won't even return client phone calls. I guess he is to good for that. I requested to speak with him regarding a questionnaire that was filled out and the guy won't even return my call. I have never had any problem or contact with him prior to this. I guess that's because I pay my bills on time and never have issues. The one time I do have an issue in 7 years of living in Edgebrook the guy doesn't return my call.
