These horrible reviews are right on target--it's no wonder they're being dropped and even sued by customers. They steal from homeowners while desperately posting fake positive reviews here. The truth is that they mishandle funds and destroy properties—to the point where HOA fees go up each and every year. Fortunately, we hear they're about to go out of business.

If you are thinking about purchasing a property and these clowns are the management, run as fast as you can. All the negative reviews are spot on. We received a notice in the middle of April because there were leaves in the patio! At least give the homeowners a few weeks after the temperature rises to get their yard work done. A picture was taken by someone of our private patio (we had the curtains open) and submitted with the complaint.
