I’ve called and called for over a year trying to get back in after the lady told me they would call me as soon as my insurance approved if my 2 crowns and she would even try to get me in on her day off if she had to but nobody will contact me back. My front tooth is literally about to fall out.
They've canceled my appointment twice, my children and I have waited almost 2 years to get our teeth cleaned
Highly recommend. Great people, great work, and I know I can be difficult sometimes, so I greatly appreciate Dr. James and her staff.
I have been 3 times and they've done nothing it takes forever to get a appt and then if your phone number is changed you can't ever get through to them and then if you don't receive a confirmation they cancel your appt I'm highly dissatisfied I've had 3 different app and they have done nothing and don't know what their doing we need dental care in my bad
They all did an outstanding job!
