Continually providing wrong information on results of x-rays and when to receive a treatment plan. First, it was 48 hours, then 1 week, then several weeks. No care or compassion of the problems facing with my teeth. A supervisor was not readily available and could not get any answers. Every time I called and asked for a supervisor, the workers would immediately hang up. I would NEVER recommend them for services!!!
The people that work for kare mobile are the sweetest people you ever meet....... And they help fight for your insurance to get as much paid for you as they can.. they are very easy with you also!!!!!!!
Love each and every one of them they are very sweet and make sure you are took care of best place you could go
