Last year had a severe case of bursitis in both shoulders. After visiting the Dr and having two cortisone injections in my shoulders I was still in significant pain and had extremely limited mobility in my arms. Been to Darrell previously for back and hip issues before covid. Completely sorted these out and have had no trouble with either since. Came back in 2025 due to multiple issues with my shoulder. Prior to seeing Darrell this year I had had two cortisone injections to try and repair my injured shoulder and reduce my pain with little to no change in my pain or shoulder function. Hey all, I recently had a problem with my wrist during the footy season and had severe pain throughout most of the footy season and was prepared to do surgery on my wrist. I saw Darrell about my wrist and he introduced me to shockwave therapy. We did about 3-4 sessions on my wrist and I was surprised by how quickly my wrist healed. Now I’m back into training at 100% with no pain.
Do not recommend going to Kardina osteo if you want your appointment on time. 20 minutes late, not on this appointment but others. Then to finish your appointment 10 minutes early and charge you for a full 45 minutes. Not acceptable. Will recommend to all family and friends to stop using this organisation.
