Went for the first time for the spin and matt workout class. 35 mins on the bike and 10 on the floor I think it was. The instructor was the owner (Heather) and the class was enjoyable. The bikes have a digital readout that gives you instant feedback on how hard you are working. The matt work afterwords was challening for me but I'm not used to doing that sort of 'core' workout. Highly recommend.
