Needed a piece of glass cut to fit inside an oval frame. Sam was really helpful over the phone and in person, steering me away from unnecessary work (and cost). Quick turn around, good quality outcome and value for money. Would use again.
Unhappy reception chasing customers away by being rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend.
Installer drilled through water pipe , offer no assistance in rectifying their mistake, manager of Glass Workx refused to take my calls. Refused to accept responsibility, left me the customer to engage trades for all repair works. Then only offers $200 towards repair works. Serious lack of customer service and professionalism. Now I'm left to get all repairs done and to install it myself. I would avoid this business if you value your time and money.
