I'm a delivery driver and I can tell you that this place is trash. I walked in the front door walk to the elevator that was less than 30 feet from the front door push the button, push the closed door the elevator closed before the elevator door was closed. All the way I felt something on my leg, and there was a cockroach crawling on my leg. This place is disgusting and probably should be shut down

I scheduled a showing for 12 o’clock on Monday. As I was driving to this property today at 11:42 AM I get a cancellation via email. I emailed back and asked for an explanation. No reply! What a waste of time. Thank you for letting me know you have crappy management.
Apartment was filthy when we moved in and was over run with ants. The trash was everywhere and the many exterior doors did not lock. Walls are very thin and always heard music and smelled drugs. Be prepared to spend another $200 per month for trash, water and sewer. They also stole our deposit by charging around $400 to clean up an apartment that was already cleaned. We left the apartment in better condition than when we moved in.
The gentleman was polite, knew what he was doing and resolve the situation less than five minutes. Awesome thank you
