My husband and and I have lived her for al.ost 3 years now. Our whole closet shelving fell and in doing so hit the hanging cloths bar and broke the brackets that hold it up. So we made a maintenance request. They responded pretty quickly, and did a quick fix. However the frustrating part comes in where if you say your going to something then ease follow through. My husband happened to be home when they came to fix the closet and told him they would be back later to give the shelving more reinforcement...... well as of today ... read more
